The service

BasketHack is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. Plan a gift basket that's full, not stuffed.

Your account

You need a valid email address. You're responsible for what happens under your account; don't share sign-in links. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. You can export your data, change your email preferences or delete the account at any time from your account page.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law, abuse other people, attack the service, scrape it at volume, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store and display it to run the service, and no more.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, BasketHack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
